Defence contractors prepare Public Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Plans to inform industry of forward opportunities to participate in Defence projects and sustainment activities.
The publication of Public AIC Plans is undertaken in accordance with the Australian Standard for Defence Contracting, AIC Program and is consistent with the broader Australian Industry Participation initiatives.
Plans contain the contact details for an appropriate representative from the Contractor to enable companies to discuss the opportunities and register their interest.

Land Land 2110 Phase 1B LAND2110 Ph1B is for the protection of ADF conventional forces against exposure to weaponised CBRN threats and Toxic Industrial Materials. The primary objectives of the CBRND Capability is to provide force protection to deployed ADF personnel, assigned coalition personnel and designated civilians, offshore and within Australia, against extant and emerging CBR threats including environmental hazards. The secondary objective of the ADF’s CBRND Capability is to enhance support to other government agencies in relation to a domestic CBR incident and to enhance integration between the ADF and other national agencies.

Land Heavy Armour Systems Capability TAE Aerospace (TAE) is Honeywell’s established Channel Partner in Australia for the AGT-1500 gas turbine engines found in Army’s M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank fleet. TAE have been contracted by the Commonwealth to deliver sovereign support and for the existing engine fleet, while also upgrading 38 spare engines to the new -18 Tiger configuration, required for use in the new M1 Heavy Armour fleet being acquired by the L907-2 and L8160-1 Heavy Armour Projects through Foreign Military Sales.
