Team Defence Australia (TDA) recently assisted 77 Australian Defence industry companies to showcase Australia’s Defence capability and innovation to global markets in the recent Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting and Exposition (AUSA) 2025.

Held from October 13 to 15 in Washington, United States, AUSA is the premier land-power exposition and professional development forum in North America.

Assistant Secretary for the Policy, Events and International Programs Branch Liane Pettitt said that TDA’s involvement at the latest AUSA illustrated TDA’s dynamic, proactive and targeted program.

“Team Defence Australia provides opportunities to increase the profile of Australian Defence industry to key decision-makers in international markets,” Ms Pettitt said.

“With more than 44,000 attendees from over 90 countries, AUSA provides a prime opportunity for the global defence community to converge and connect through networking and engagement.”

Maximising opportunities, AUSA 2025 formed part of a broader program of Defence Industry Engagement in the United States over the period.
