Interested attendees are invited to ‘hear from the Regulator’ about changes to the Defence Export Controls Framework and how to stay compliant with Australia’s export laws.
The Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 amendments were introduced 1 September 2024.
Defence would like to provide practical information to assist stakeholders to:
- take advantage of the AUKUS licence free environment
- know their compliance obligations relating to the new controls
- understand where to seek assistance.
