Panel Agreement
Defence Infrastructure Panel – Environment, Heritage and Estate Engineering (DIP-EHEE) Panel Agreement sets out the basis of the relationship between the Commonwealth and each consultant who is a member of this panel.
The template Panel Agreement (reflecting proposed amendment agreements circulated to Panel Consultants for signature in May and September 2023) can be referenced here, noting that the signed version with each consultant is not provided.

The Proforma Notices are consistent with a proposed Amendment Agreement circulated to Panel Consultants for signature in September 2023. Such notices should be treated as a starting point only. The relevant Contract should be referenced and the notice amended for the particular purposes prior to issue.
