The Maintenance Services Contract (International) templates are to be used for engagement of a long-term Head Maintenance Contractor in connection with a Defence project on facilities gifted to a Partner Nation overseas. It is not intended for use on facilities which are Defence owned or occupied.

Addendum
An addendum (plural: addenda) is an official update to the original tender or contract documents. It provides extra details, clarifications, or changes that must be considered, without replacing the original documents. The following addenda contain amendments that must be incorporated into tender and contract documents prior to their release as their content are not yet included in the tender and contract documents.
