The Defence Delivery Group brings together under a single organisational structure led by the National Armaments Director:

  • Capability Acquisition Sustainment Group
  • Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Group
  • Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group

Formed on 1 July 2026, this is the first step in standing up the new independent Defence Delivery Agency from 1 July 2027 as part of the Rebuilding Defence Capability reforms.
