Monograph Series
The Australian Defence College Monograph Series consists of discrete studies of topics, themes and contemporary issues. These monographs are drawn from research undertaken by course members who have studied at either the Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies and the Australian Command and Staff College.
Views expressed in the Monograph Series are solely those of the individual authors. They are not necessarily those of their governments and should not be considered as the official endorsement of factual accuracy, opinion, conclusion or recommendation of those governments or departments. They should be construed only as the author's own personal opinion.
