MH-60R Seahawk Romeo was acquired from the US Navy through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. The capability consists of

Petrol, oil and lubricant products are procured under long-term contracts and provided to Defence operational and support elements and visiting foreign forces. The Fuels Technical Regulatory and Quality Control Framework is maintained for the conduct of Services’ operations along with technical data integrity.

The product is responsible for the Electronic Chart Display and Information System modernised for the navigation of Royal Australian Navy ships and submarines.

This product replaces the use of paper charts for the planning, monitoring and recording of navigation of  ships and submarines.  This improves navigation safety and efficiency of  operations.

CA17 manages Defence’s in-service Light and Lightweight Capability, which currently consists of 2,257 Mercedes Benz G–Wagons, and 1,921 Haulmark Trailers. The fleet comprises 11 vehicle variants and 2 trailer types.

The capability supports the ‘Raise, Train and Sustain’ requirements of the Australian Defence Force by transporting personnel, combat supplies, materiel, replacement combat systems as well as evacuating casualties, line laying and providing a platform for Command, Control, Computer, Communication and Intelligence (C4I) systems.

This project acquires and sustains digital command and control support systems that enhance combat power through the Battle Management system. The Battle Management system:

The KC-30A Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) is a heavily modified Airbus A330 airliner that enables Air Force to conduct air-to-air refuelling and provide strategic air lift.  It features advanced communication and navigation systems, and an electronic warfare self-protection system.

The Air Force's seven KC-30A aircraft are based at RAAF Base Amberley, operated by No. 33 Squadron.

Since September 2014, a single KC-30A has been deployed to the Middle East Region for Operation OKRA.

Twenty-four F/A-18F Block II Super Hornet aircraft are operated by 82 Wing in support of air combat capability requirements. The Super Hornet achieved Final Operational Capability in December 2012. The Super Hornet aircraft continue to be updated via a spiral upgrade program that ensures Australia's air combat capability edge is maintained.  .

The Australian Defence Organisation Commercial Vehicles Fleet comprises approximately 6,000 Defence-owned vehicles and trailers. The fleet includes vehicles ranging from all-terrain vehicles, passenger vehicles to heavy rigid trucks, prime movers, touring coaches and aviation refuelling vehicles. 

The Defence commercial vehicles fleet is managed and supported through the whole-of-government fleet services contract with sgfleet (Australia).

The C-17A Globemaster III provides the Air Force with an unprecedented capacity for strategic airlift. It allows Australia to rapidly deploy troops, supplies, combat vehicles, heavy equipment and helicopters anywhere in the world.

Based at RAAF Base Amberley, all eight C-17As are operated by No. 36 Squadron, and provide a logistics backbone for Australian Defence Force operations overseas. This has included operations in the Middle East and Afghanistan, as well as East Timor.
