All security clearances must be sponsored by the approved sponsoring entity who requires the individual to access Australian Government sensitive or classified information. Individuals cannot sponsor their own security clearance.
It is common for security clearance holders to move between sponsors from time to time. For this reason, AGSVA recommends the use of personal email addresses. This will ensure we can contact you regarding your security clearance, even if you change employers.
