4.9.1 Overview

The ADF provides a range of fees and bonuses for some members of the Reserves.

Note: In the total workforce model, a member of the Reserves may be described as a member in Service category 2, 3, 4 or 5.

Division 1 Legal officer sessional fee

Division 2 Airfield Defence Guards (annual proficiency bonus)

Division 3 Health support allowance – Reserves

Division 4 Reserve service payment – infectious diseases
