The Head contract (International) (HCI) is a version of Head Contract tailored for use on projects delivered overseas, with pricing on a lump sum basis, a schedule of rates basis, or a combination.
This template can be used for construct only, design and construct or document and construct delivery, depending on the extent of the design completed prior to engagement of the contractor.

Addendum
An addendum (plural: addenda) is an official update to the original tender or contract documents. It provides extra details, clarifications, or changes that must be considered, without replacing the original documents. The following addenda contain amendments that must be incorporated into tender and contract documents prior to their release as their content are not yet included in the tender and contract documents.

Schedule of collateral documents
The Schedule of Collateral documents consists of supplementary templates that are referenced within, and are required to be used under and in accordance with, the template Conditions of Contract. The collateral documents support effective contract administration, consistency across projects and reflect the Commonwealth's requirements in respect of the matters to which each template relates. They have been drafted to align with the template Conditions of Contract and are intended to be finalised on a project specific basis as indicated within each template.
