The Estate Works Program (EWP) delivers facilities and infrastructure maintenance projects across the Defence estate, valued between $10,000 and $15 million, with a primary focus on safety, compliance and the sustainment of Defence capability.

The 2026 EWP Tender Forecast will not be released until June 2026 at the earliest. This is due to:

• The transition to new contracts and onboarding of new Project Delivery Services providers, ensuring they are fully integrated and operational before future tender opportunities are published.
• A program rebalance to redistribute workloads across incoming providers, and confirm delivery priorities. This step is critical to maintain efficiency, manage risk, and ensure that the program continues to meet Defence capability objectives.

A notice will be published on AusTender once the 2026 EWP Tender Forecast is finalised and released.
