The Defence Force School of Languages (DFSL) is part of Australian Defence College, the strategic provider of joint professional military education and individual training for Australian Defence Force.

DFSL delivers language and cultural training to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel.

Training is provided in 22 languages to meet the language capability requirements of Defence.

Graduates apply their language skills in communities across the globe.

DFSL is located at RAAF Base Williams, Laverton VIC, approximately a 45 minute drive south from Melbourne International Airport. DFSL also has a school located in Fyshwick, ACT.
