The HOTO Plan & Checklist requires regular review to ensure that mistakes are corrected, other useful information can be included and changes to existing and / or the introduction of new standards or processes can be incorporated.
The Directorate of Estate and Land Management (DELM) is the HOTO process administering authority and is responsible for the management and coordination of HOTO document reviews and addressing user feedback. Initially the documentation will be reviewed six and 12 months after the release of the version 7. Each review may result in minor amendments to the current version or a new version being published. Therefore users should ensure that the latest version published on DEQMS is used.
