Activity - DEQMS Team Request the Page Review

The DEQMS team using the standard email wording, will send an e-mail to the content sponsor/SME requesting the page review.
The DEQMS team will create a folder in Objective 06 Continuous Improvement\ 00 Assurance Review Program\03 Page Reviews and save the e-mail and other communications.

Activity - Response from Sponsor/SME

Once the Sponsor (TA) reviews the relevant page(s), the DEQMS Team may receive the following responses. Pending the response, the DEQMS Team will adhere to the appropriate actions using the "How to Publish to DEQMS Process".

Note: For complex updates, a close-out meeting maybe called with the Sponsor/DEQMS Team to discuss the review processes (review strengths and any future opportunities for improvement).

Response: “Page is still current”

Actions:

Update version control;
Check links and formatting;
Drag email into Objective;

Response: “Page needs updating”

Actions:

Update as required;
Send development site to Sponsor to check and approve;
Update version control;
Publish;
Drag email into objective;

Response: “Page updates are required and will be actioned pending available resources”

Actions:

Offer assistance to work with Sponsor to update relevant page(s);
Make amendments to development site as required;
Send development site to Sponsor to check and approve;
Update version control;
Publish;
Drag email into objective;
