The Communications Security (COMSEC) Remediation project will remediate selected Australian Defence Force radios and encryption devices to meet upcoming algorithm obsolescence. This will ensure ongoing availability of secure communications in support of Defence operations, including through interoperability with key partner communications and intelligence networks.

Multirole Australian Defence Force (ADF), United States Navy and Japan Self-Defense Force ships with air support conducting a trilateral exercise in the Pacific Ocean. Representing the importance of secure communications interoperability, the project will provide to the ADF.
