The Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract (International) (ECI-HCI) is a modified version of Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract.
It provides for early contractor involvement in the design, planning, programming and cost planning of the works. The Commonwealth separately engages a design consultant under the Design Services Contract (International) prior to engagement of the Head Contractor.
The Head Contractor is then engaged under a 2 phase delivery model comprising an initial planning phase and a subsequent delivery phase.
