Standing Offer for Goods template is used when establishing a standing offer arrangement with a supplier or panel of suppliers for procurement of off-the-shelf goods.

Standing Offer for Goods template was updated in June 2026 and incorporated updates to Shadow Economy and various other updates in Defence policies and commercial standards.
In addition, minor typographical and grammatical changes have been made, along with updated weblinks and references.
