The Estate Works Program (EWP) delivers facilities and infrastructure maintenance projects across the Defence estate, valued from $100,000 to $20 million, with a primary focus on safety, compliance and the sustainment of Defence capability. However, most projects typically range in value from $1 million to $5 million.

The EWP advises of future approaches to market via the EWP Tender Forecast, previously known as the EWP Forward Works Program, to assist industry to schedule tender opportunities. The forecast provides industry with planned releases over a specific time period.
