Through the Joint Transition Authority, Defence works with stakeholders, to review and improve the transition journey for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members, including:
- Department of Veterans' Affairs
- Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation
- Services Australia
- ex-service organisation
- Garrison Health Centre personnel
- Senior Defence Officers.
Defence hosts forums for all stakeholders to provide updates on transition improvements.
Registration
Before registering, all participants must read the Joint Transition Authority Privacy and Consent Notice 2024 (PDF 620KB).
All interested stakeholders including ADF, Ex-Service Organisations, State and Federal Government Representatives can register via JTA Stakeholder Forum Registration.
