Through the Joint Transition Authority, Defence works with stakeholders, to review and improve the transition journey for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families, including:

• Department of Veterans' Affairs
• Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation
• Services Australia
• Ex-Service Organisation
• Garrison Health Centre personnel
• Senior Defence Officers.

Defence hosts forums for all approved stakeholders to provide updates on transition improvements.
