The Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide (RCDVS) Defence Implementation Program Board, provides governance, oversight and support to the RCDVS Defence Implementation Program.
The Chief of the Defence Force leads the Program as the Senior Responsible Officer and Chair of the Program Board. The Program Board also includes representatives from the Department of Veterans' Affairs and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
The Program Board sets direction, makes key decisions regarding reform initiatives and provides assurance to the government and relevant external oversight bodies that Defence is comprehensively addressing the RCDVS Final Report recommendations.
