A golf club was established in 1913 on the western side of Swan Island for recreational purposes and has continued to be used for this purpose. Licensed to the Queenscliff Golf Club, this course operates 7 days per week.

This site is operated as a public golf course.

Government will engage with existing tenants as part of the divestment process.

Only the golf course and vacant land will be divested.
