Functions

Built in 1903, the Kyneton Drill Hall, formally known as Mont St Quentin Barracks, is located in the centre of the Kyneton township in regional Victoria. This site was used most recently as a Cadet training facility, prior to vacancy in 2020.

Cadets now parade at Gisborne Secondary College, 30km from the site. The new site was selected in consultation with Cadets.

This site has been vacant since 2020.

Structural assessment of Kyneton Depot deemed it unsuitable to occupy due to structural issues. The site is dilapidated and has significant structural damage.
