The Defence National Switchboard is a 24/7 national phone line for general public enquiries.
Defence staff can contact the Defence Service Centre for ICT support, personal administration services, (travel, pay, service records, human resources, learning and development), ServiceConnect, honours and awards, security clearances, and base service requests.
Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 7:00 pm AEST, with opening hours extended on Tuesday to 10:00 pm AEST.
