Starting in January 2026, Defence personnel has additional choices and avenues to submit complaints of unacceptable behaviour.

Personnel are now able to submit complaints outside of their chain of command/reporting line and anonymously. Personnel still have the option to submit a complaint to their chain of command/reporting line as per current processes.

Only new complaints will be assessed and triaged for management.
For all previously assessed complaints, a member of the team will contact you.

Please provide details of the existing complaint. This could include:

  • the date the situation occurred
  • who was this reported to, and when.
