Workplace experience surveys

Defence people are vital to capability. It is important that Defence understands and improves the experience of people at work.

Each year Australian Defence Force members and Defence Australian Public Servants are invited to participate in workplace experience surveys.

Reports from these surveys are used to inform actions to address culture, and build safe and respectful workplaces.
