The National Review Meeting is the forum for national Groups and Services headquarters input into, and endorsement of, the Estate Works Program. The Review Meeting is held in October and is attended by Estate Works Program stakeholder representatives. Recommendations from this review are collated for submission to the following Business Partnering Forum (BPF) in November.
After the preceding consultation and review activities, the BPF will consider and endorse the program. The BPF considers the prioritised tasks list, the balance of program spend, and will either provide endorsement or request amendments. First Assistant Secretary Estate Services will provide the final approval for the program. This signals the approval to proceed to bundling of works for project delivery and issuing of projects to one of the Project Delivery Service (PDS) providers for project commencement. Dependant on the nature of works, some projects are offered to the EMOS for delivery.
Note: Should you require contact with DEWPO, NPS or PDS, please refer to the Products Director page.
