The Transition for Employment (T4E) Program supports eligible members with the development of their future career and employment opportunities outside of Defence. Access to the program is by referral only. Members can be referred through either one or a combination the following channels:

• their commanding officer
• their rehabilitation case manager
• the Medical Employment Classification Review Board (MECRB)

T4E does not replace the mandatory ADF Transition process and all members participating in the program are still required to complete the transition process through ADF Transition.
