Duration of Placement: One performance event plus two Tuesday night rehearsals
Placement Limits: Maximum 4 students per placement
Overview of Placement: Each placement will see the participant involved in the production of a Band performance: Big Band or Wind Band ensemble. Performances range from providing function entertainment at a Ball to a two hour concert featuring a big name artisit in a venue such as the Perth Concert Hall.
Special Conditions of Placement: Applicant must have a well established study path in music and must be competent on a musical instrument that would normally be included in either a Big Band or a Wind Band. There may also be scope for Guitar, Bass, Keyboards and Drums.
