| Overview of Placement: | Insight in maintaining and managing technical equipment primarily in an Air Traffic Control (ATC) environment. Placement will include overview of domestic communications, ATC communications, navigation aids and the data processing and display system. A visit to the navigation aid sites is expected to occur. |
| Special Conditions of Placement: | The placement is centered on the technical environment and is suited for students seeking a career, or demonstrating a strong interest in electronics. NOTE: due to limited public transport to RAAF Edinburgh participants are advised to arrange drop-off and pick-up with their guardian/parents or school. |
