| Overview of Placement: | A program of mainly indoor activities providing participants with an insight into a wide range of Defence Library opportunities. Commencing at approx. 9.00am and finishing at 3.00pm each day, participants will have the opportunity to experience a range of library duties such as shelving, shelf tidying, circulation duties, journal/mail receipting and dispatching and other administrative tasks, under the close supervision of highly professional Defence personnel. Also view what new technologies are being introduced to the cutting edge of library and information service delivery in Defence. |
