Placement Limits: 2 students per placement
Overview of Placement: Observation of Joint Battlefield Airspace Controllers (JBAC) conducting Air Traffic Control (ATC) duties in an operational control tower and approach environment. Students will also be exposed to electronics technicians and administrative duties in ATC.

Commencing at approx 8.00am and finishing at 4.00pm each day. A 9 hour work shift is available to students to experience ATC's role in day and night flying.
Special Conditions of Placement: Student photo ID to be carried at all times, covered footwear to be worn at all times. Additional security limitations may apply.
