Centrelink
Centrelink provides a range of services that may be of benefit to you after you leave the ADF. This includes family assistance support and financial support and advice.
You should visit the Centrelink website (www.centrelink.gov.au) and become familiar with the services they offer.
Toll Transitions
If you live in Defence provided/subsidised accommodation, you will need to talk to Toll Transitions to discuss housing and removal entitlements available to you on separation from the Permanent Force.

Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme
This home loan assistance scheme came into effect in July 2008. If you have taken advantage of this support, you should notify your loan provider to advise them of your decision to separate from the ADF.
