Printed camouflage on all types of textiles, including waterproof breathable performance fabrics with the ability to retain visual camouflage integrity in the near infrared surveillance range.

The technology can be adapted to suit various terrains through the use of different reflectance values. Prices are dependent on the base cloth selected as the IR technology can be adapted to suit a variety of fibre types, weaves and weights. Bruck has successfully developed the IR technology for the waterproof breathable fabric used in the Australian Defence Wet Weather Ensemble. Visual assessment under infra red vision has shown the technology to perform successfully in rain conditions. This option has not yet been taken up by the Commonwealth, but is an available option for waterproof breathable fabrics.

The Defence Materiel Organisation of the Australian Department of Defence has adopted the product and the first installation of garments made using fabric that has near IR reflectance is in full production. The initial installation for the Australian Army is complete.
