Hawker de Havilland undertakes a range of component repair services predominantly for the RAAF. Current concentration is on F/A18 flaps and B707 horizontal stabilisers. Utilising its extensive design and manufacturing capabilities, Hawker de Havilland has unique repairs that would otherwise have seen components scrapped. Such repairs utilise the full range of metallic, composite and bonding processes available within Hawker de Havilland.

JDAM-ER Wing Kit: Hawker de Havilland's comprehensives range of aerodynamic, flight dynamics and systems integration experience is being applied through the CTD program to develop a pop-out wing kit which interfaces with the JDAM tail kit to provide a significant extended range capability.
