The scope of STA operations range from the conduct of detailed training needs analyses for the development of proposals tailored to specific customer requirements and the implementation of complex training solutions for major projects, through to turnkey training facilities management, training knowledge transfer, on-the-job training and the provision of supervisory manpower for a wide range of operational and technical specialisations.
