RMS Defence is a fully featured property management system tailored to the specific needs of the military. Used extensively in military barracks, it provides an advanced accommodation reservation system and meal recording system.

RMS is a preferred supplier to Australian Defence Force. Our system is used in most barracks in Australia and is gaining usage in the United Kingdom.

RMS Defence is a Windows software suite providing reservation management for on and off base accommodation and Housing and can manage small operations and scaled up to manage many thousands of accommodation facilities.
Personnel screens include fields for service number, rank and Base/Ship and gender.
Integrated Service Level Housekeeping including tasks and linen management and billing.
RFI and Touch Screen mess entry and meal management control and reporting.
Integrated POS for mess bars and shops.
Integrated Access Control Module.

This software can be deployed on WAN, LAN, and can be browser based with databases being housed on security servers.
