Microelectronic Technologies Pty Ltd (MeT) is a specialist electronics engineering services business, formed in 1992. Since 2002 it has been a subsidiary of Australian public company, GPS Online Limited. The company is based in Brisbane, Australia.

MeT offers a unique combination of electronic hardware, firmware and software development skills, backed by ISO9001 compliant processes and project management to direct clients and strategic partners.

The company has extensive MIL-Spec design experience providing solutions for customers including Boeing (Space & Communications), DSTO, UK MoD, RAN, Australian Army, Metal Storm, ADI Limited. MeT personnel have supported deployment of solutions in many parts of the world including Australia, the UK, UAE and South-East Asia.
