ASA was founded as a dedicated, integrated provider of Health and Emergency Services. To this end ASA specialises in delivering total healthcare and emergency service solutions including health and emergency personnel, health intelligence, consultancy, design, delivery, management and training (RTO 31505), in remote and hazardous locations where conventional order and infrastructure may be lacking or where medical and emergency response services are either at a premium, rudimentary or non-existent.

ASA has a pool of medical staff that are very experienced and often cross-trained to work in all areas of the world and range of environments from benign to non-permissive. Many of these staff are drawn from ex-military backgrounds. ASA has the capacity to provide teams from single personnel to >20 people, to any location or environment (dependant on the client's needs).

Contracts are primarily with multinational resource sector firms who require remote area support as well as other Government organisations and businesses who themselves contract to larger agencies such as the United Nations or NATO.
