Air Conditioning for Military Deployable Electronic Equipment

Crisp-Air supplies a ruggedised air conditioning system suitable for cooling an 8RU deployable server.

Crisp-Air designed, manufactured and supplies this purpose built system from its Brisbane base. It is built to ISO9001 and Millspec and has been tested to EMC and Australian electrical standards. System is supplied in ADF approved transit case complete within built-in drying and drainage. Systems Kits are supplied with all documentation to Australian Department of Defence standards.

Crisp-Air currently supplies the 8RU model to the Australian Defence Force to match the face of an EDAK server container but the system is easily adaptable to other container configurations and computer heat loads.

Current system : 240V , R134A refrigerant, 1 kW cooling
Under development:

• 1.2kW unit for 8RU server box, and
• 240V, 415V systems for communications networks within 10ft and 20ft shipping containers. Individual units up to 20kW cooling, with up to 3 units per container.
