Advanced Power is a wholly owned subsidiary of M+H Power Systems whom are majority owned by ASX Listed TAG Pacific Limited.

Advanced Power was formed in 1984 designing, manufacturing and commissioning AC and DC power solutions from 600 watts to 10MVA. Advanced Power has a reputation for quality, performance and product innovation.

Advanced Power offers a wealth of experience gathered from many years in the field of power generation. Its significant investment in research and development, together with its engineering expertise, has established the company as a leader in the design and development of new generators, DC power systems, controllers and technology for special requirements.

Against international competition, Advanced Power has won successive Department of Defence contracts for Military specification portable power units; supplying in excess of 3000 units. The range includes purpose-built military generators designed for extreme ambient temperatures, altitudes and generally harsh conditions. The company's proven advanced technologies have successfully penetrated international military markets.

Awards include two Australian Design Marks and the Australian Design Award for Outstanding Excellence in technical, human and commercial design and numerous other awards for engineering, design, business performance and export.

Advanced Power is a Defence Recognised Supplier to the Australian Department of Defence.
