Terms of Reference for HMAS Sydney II Commission of Inquiry
COI Terms of Reference
A Chief of Defence Force Commission of Inquiry or Board of Inquiry provides a report containing its findings, and any recommendations arising from those findings, to the Chief of the Defence Force or other Appointing Authority.
After considering the report, the Chief of the Defence Force or other Appointing Authority will make decisions about any recommendations, and how they might apply to Defence practices, training and policy.
