US Export Control Guidance for Australian Companies
This guidance takes account of the comments and suggestions made during recent US Export Controls Company Workshops around Australia.
It will continue to be updated to reflect the status of agreements reached with the US State Department under the AUSMIN Defence Acqusition Committee (eg, the agreements on dual-nationals and expedited licence review) or any future agreements.
Comment or suggestions on improving the content and presentation of this guidance is always welcome.
