US Export Control Guidance for Australian Companies
US Export Control Systems (DMO) is tasked with providing advice and support to Project Offices on US defence export controls. It is strongly recommend that Systems Project Offices (SPOs) consult with this office early in the development of agreements. Industry should direct any ITAR queries with regards to Defence projects to the appropriate project office in the first instance. Defence personnel with project-specific queries should contact:
