Caribou airlift support
A pair of Caribou aircraft from No. 38 Squadron have been sent to Exercise Pitch Black 08 at RAAF Base Darwin to provide airlift support as well as play a 'high value target' during exercise sorties. The Caribou is a highly capable airlift aircraft which can perform short take offs and landings from unprepared airstrips.
