Remembrance Day, Iraq
Australian troops based at the National Headquarters in Baghdad paid tribute today at a Remembrance Day service in Baghdad. The service, attended by more than fifty coalition personnel, took place atop the Australian accommodation building in Baghdad, known as Australia Island, and concluded with a minute's silence.
