All aircraft of any description, except military and POLAIR, planning to fly during APEC are required to register to operate during the AEPC 2007 AELW as per the requirements stipulated in AIP SUPP H23/07.
Only companies and individuals in receipt of authorisation from the APEC ABMCC confirming their approval to operate during the APEC 2007 AELW are required to fill out the spreadsheet. Approved companies and individuals are required to complete and return the spreadsheet to the APEC ABMCC as directed by their authorising document.

Scheduled Operators and Emergency Services
Approved companies and individuals conducting unscheduled operations are required to submit Appendix 4 to APEC ABMCC at least 24 hours prior to their flight(s), include the date and time of your flight(s) in Zulu when providing details of the route of flight. The APEC ABMCC has also authorised the use of an alternate form entitled Approval to Operate within R902 in lieu of Appendix 4. The APEC ABMCC will provide Approval Numbers for all approved unscheduled flights as soon as possible after receiving submission of Appendix 4. Companies and individuals with a requirement to submit multiple copies of Appendix 4 are authorised to provide these details via e-mail using the Unscheduled Operators Template in lieu of Appendix 4 or the Approval to Operate within R902 form.
