Remembering Private Ranaudo
Members of the Second Mentoring and Reconstruction Task Force (MRTF-2) took time out to remember Private Ben Ranaudo at the memorial erected in memory of him and Lance Corporal Matthew Hopkins at Forward Operating Base Mirwais.
This was the last opportunity that soldiers had to pay their respects to one of their own who payed the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.
It was a short service with some prayers for his family and friends and a reading from Psalm 91, which is known as the Soldier's Psalm.
The service was led by the MRTF-2 Chaplain, Steve Neuhaus.
