MRTF-2 Melbourne Cup Day
While half a world away, soldiers deployed on the second rotation of the Mentoring and Reconstruction Task Force (MRTF-2) have tuned in to an iconic Australian event, the Melbourne Cup.
At Poppy’s Recreational Facility at Camp Holland in Tarin Kowt, a Melbourne Cup breakfast was held to mark the “race that stops a nation”.
