Final Preparations for the Amphibious Landing
Senior officers from the Australian Defence Force Joint Task Force (JTF) 629 on Operation Padang Assist, have presented a brief to senior Indonesian Military (TNI) staff in Padang. The brief was presented by Lieutenant Colonel (LTCOL) Gavin Keating and covered the planned arrival of HMAS Kanimbla, the subsequent beach landing, and planned projects for the embarked engineers.
