RAAF C17 Globemaster loading for Op Padang Assist
Loading of a RAAF C17 Globemaster with specialised equipment for Operation Padang Assist.
The aircraft was loaded through the night at RAAF Base Darwin, with equipment identified as essential by the reconnaissance party in Sumatra, as well as personnel from the 1st Combat Engineer Regiment to operate these specialised equipment.
